MOVE FOR DEMENTIA
Move for Dementia is a national call to action uniting individuals, communities and corporate partners to raise awareness and funds for dementia research.
The 45 Hours Challenge invites you to commit to 45 hours of movement throughout July. One hour for every 10,000 Australians living with dementia. Walking, running, swimming, cycling, any form of exercise. Every activity counts.
For those ready to take on the ultimate test, the campaign reaches its peak with the epic 45 Hours Endurance Challenge, where cyclists and runners push their limits, riding in relay teams for 45 hours on stationary bikes and treadmills at Coogee Surf Club from 17–19 July. You can sign up for 1 hour or multiple, the choice is yours! Contact us for more details.
45 hours. 450,000 reasons why.
